Success with Sensa is something that not everyone will allow themselves to experience because of the opinions of those they think are their “friends.”  After reading and learning about the creator of Sensa, Dr. Alan Hirsch, I am convinced that Sensa will be like so many other things in life.  This man has devoted his life to how smells impact human behaviour, and yet many scoff at his work.   I work in retail and only add these posts out of desire to write about things that interest me in a way I can vent about the frustrations in my life.  While working in retail I see the sides of human kind that still shocks me, even after ten years.  I hear customers complain about things that are irrelevant to the issue at hand, and I hear excuses about why something has to be returned because “it did not work.”  Since I have tried Sensa, and I have lost weight, and I have read all about Dr. Hirsch, I feel as if I must vent my feelings of the success with Sensa that I have experienced.

I go to work daily and hear all the complaints of the world and because I wear the retail vest I am required to put up with all of the nonsense that customers bring into the store.  I hear people complain about nothing.  I hear people lie about things that are obvious lies and I see items get returned for reasons that make no sense to the reality that exists in the world where I live my life.  Yet I am forced to remain silent in the presence of those lies…because I work in retail.  Since I need to keep my job I tolerate all the crap from all the already angry people that walk through the doors of the store.  As I sit here and write this brief post I am annoyed by some of the bad things I read on the web about Sensa, so I thought I would take a moment and talk about some of the success with Sensa that I have experienced.

Too many people in this world have bad things to say about my weight and too often they are quick to mock any obese person.  I have grown in my ability to see people for how they really are because of Sensa.  Sensa has helped me see myself for not only who I am, but for who I am becoming.  I am now not only losing weight, I have lost enough weight to make a difference in the daily moments of life. I can now shower and bath easier because I have lost weight.  The chairs in the theater are easier to fit into and the booths in the restaurants no longer scare me.   I feel as if I am beginning to be the person I have missed for so long.  I feel as if I am more in control of my life, and it has helped me to see others for what they are, more than it is about me losing weight.  I see those around me make fun of overweight people and yet those thin people have no clue of the hurt and the pain they inflict.  I was once one of those people and to see it happen as a thin person hurts my very soul.

As I become a thin person I wish I could reach out to those that are overweight and bring them along with me on this path to happiness.  On this path I feel as if I am letting go of many people that I once thought were my friends.  As I become the thin person I  am discovering that I have little emotion for those people that choose to make fun of others pain.  I am discovering that my success with Sensa has only a little bit to do with the weight that I have lost.  I have discovered that I am becoming a different person and that person just happens to be thin. 

The person I am slowly becoming is one of little patience for the callous individuals that enjoy and take pleasure by hurting those that can’t or won’t defend themselves.  So, if you are sitting there and reading this let me extend a hand of friendship to you and tell you that my success with Sensa is more than just losing weight.  My success with Sensa is more about taking control of my life by having a choice of who my friends will be.  It is more about being able to feel as if I fit in, and as I grow in thinness, I am discovering that many of the people I thought would become my friends, I now have little desire to be with at all.  I guess I have not only been able to lose weight, I have been able to grow emotionally and spiritually.  I think that there has always been this thin person just below the surface of my skin, and now that he is emerging I feel …sort of free and alive for the first time.  The understanding of myself as a person that was always there but never present has emerged because of my success with weight loss using Sensa. 

For me, success with Sensa has been much more than just losing weight, it has been the journey of my life and as I continue I only hope I keep maturing and or morphing into the person that I am becoming.  I never really thought about what it would be like to live as a thin person, and I must admit it is not just a novel idea…it is a wonderful feeling and a reality that every soul should be able to experience.
