Can Sensa Really Work?

I was asked by my friend the other day, and I quote, “Can Sensa really work?”  The question really surprised me because he has seen me get thinner over time and I have been talking about it for an equal amount of time.  What I really think the entire reason behind the question is that it is starting to sink into him that maybe Sensa really does work.  I have heard all of the comments one can imagine from jokes and ridicule to this private question of  “can Sensa really work?”

I remember the early days in the break-room when I first started to sprinkle Sensa on my food.  I heard some jokes about the stuff and soon the comments grew into silence.  Now that I am thinner than before there are those that I know are watching to see the results.  As my body started to lose weight the jokes soon turned into silent looks that soon started to turn into serious questions about HOW it works.

I keep the my extra Sensa shaker in my locker and now when I pull it out everyone knows about what Sensa is and how it works, but today one of the doubters quietly approached me and asked can Sensa really work?  When I told him yes he wanted to buy some from me, and I had to smile.  He thought that since I spoke about it so often I was a Sensa salesman and could get him some.  That made me wonder if maybe I had become obsessed with Sensa if people think I sell the stuff.

I soon explained to him that I did not sell the stuff and if I did, I could not get it to him for as cheap as it is available on the Internet.  I told him about the FREE Sensa offer and sent him on his way with the url of TrySensa.com[block]1[/block].

Before he walked away I quietly reassured him that I really felt great about the product and how I feel as if it has helped me get my eating under control.  I told him that despite what any of his friends may say or think, this weight loss thing is really something that he has to take ownership of to make it work.  I advised him that he needed to make weight loss the priority in his day and despite what others may say, he would just need to get it done.  I then warned him that if he did not get it done and he remained overweight…all the obesity issues would be his alone to own.  I told him that I thought weight loss was really a personal thing and that “thing” really just begins with a choice, or a change of one’s thinking.

Can Sensa really work?  Sure it can, but only if you are really ready to be thin.  If you are not ready it will all be a waste of time and of effort.  The only problem with doing nothing about obesity is that if you wait too long….your health may think it is too late and your quality of life will degrade.  Diabetes, heart attack, cancer and a host of other illnesses that are compounded by being over weight, are all waiting ahead of you on the road of obesity.

Can Sensa really work?  That is a question that I could answer, but the real question should be if you think it can work for you!

Who Should Not Take Sensa?

I am not a Sensa weight loss expert by any stretch, but what I can say about Sensa is that I know more about it than almost anyone since I have been using Sensa for well over one year.  I have been able to lose weight and I am satisfied with the results.  I will not post how much weight I lost because everyone is different and everyone will achieve different results.  Not everyone has the same level of commitment and not everyone is as anal for remembering to sprinkle it on their food as I have been.  What I can write here on this brief post is who should not take Sensa to lose weight.

Should Children use, or take Sensa?
Sensa has only done tests and clinical trials on adults.  Since there has been no testing done on the GRAS ingredients of Sensa it would not be prudent to recommend that Sensa be used with children.  Although we have heard about parents sprinkling it on children’s food covertly and achieving results, it is not recommended to be used on children because of the lack of clinical studies done with children.

Can I use Sensa if I am breastfeeding?
While the ingredients used in Sensa are determined to be safe by the FDA (GRAS) it is recommended that you consult with your doctor before using Sensa in a weight loss attempt.  This applies to not only the use of Sensa, but the use of any weight loss tool or weight loss aid.

Will Sensa work if I lost my Sensa of taste and smell?
NO.  The effectiveness of Sensa is based upon the use of one’s sense of taste and smell.  If you do not have the use of your sense of taste and smell, Sensa will be a waste of money, despite the fact that it is available through a FREE offer that only requires you pay for shipping of $4.95.  If you have no sense of taste or smell then save the 5 bucks, because Sensa will not be effective for you.

Can I take or use Sensa if I have high blood pressure?
You should consult your physician before you use Sensa and have high blood pressure.  In fact, it is suggested you check with your doctor before you start any weight loss program if you have high blood pressure.

Can I use or take Sensa if I am diabetic?
If you are a diabetic it is strongly suggested that you consult with your doctor before you take or use Sensa.  Despite the GRAS rating the FDA gives Sensa, it is still the prudent thing to do if you are diabetic and are thinking of starting the use of Sensa, or any weight loss regiment.

If you organize the thoughts above a little more concisely, you will see that if you are a child, you should not use or take Sensa.  If you are a diabetic or have high blood pressure or any other medical condition of concern, then you should consult with your doctor.  Other than that anyone should be able to sprinkle Sensa on their food and be able to shed some weight.  The effectiveness of Sensa is pretty much like other weight loss programs that offer concrete results.

What I have found is that if a person sprinkles Sensa on their food and pays attention to the stomach feeling full and stops eating before they are bloated….weight loss becomes the possibility.  With that being said, there really is nothing more to say other than the fact that if you are interested in starting Sensa you should take advantage of the risk free, FREE offer as that is the least expensive way to get started with easy weight loss.

Is Sensa a Placebo?

Despite the fact that I have used Sensa and the fact that I have lost weight using Sensa, I have had many of my friends tell me that they think Sensa is just a Placebo.  The interesting thing about this is that the people that are telling me it is just a placebo are the ones that are overweight and need it the most.  I have had a few of my friends compare Sensa to being nothing more than a sugar pill and despite the fact that I have lost weight means nothing.  I could have just got angry about the entire situation but it is hard to work up anything more than a mild level of frustration.  I do not think Sensa is a placebo and yet I also do not think Sensa will work for everyone, and here is why I feel this way.

I have been very involved with many different forms of weight loss for quite a few years and almost every weight loss plan has features to it that offer success.  I have seen many different plans arrive on the scene and the interesting thing is that what works for one person does not work for the next person.  I bet that there is a good chance that you even know a person that has had weight loss surgery. I will bet that the person you know that had surgery lost a bunch of weight but has gained much of their weight back again.  How come nobody ever says that weight loss surgery is a placebo?  There is a deep lesson that can be learned here and that lesson really will boil down to the individual person trying to lose the weight.

Whether a person is using Sensa, or another weight loss plan, or decides to have the mechanical intervention of surgery to lose weight, it still just comes down to the mindset of the individual.  If a person is ready to lose the weight they will have had to made the fundamental decision that weight loss is going to be the reality in their life.  Until a person makes that fundamental choice to lose weight, weight loss will be elusive.  Is Sensa a placebo?  I do not think so, but if Sensa does not work, the person that fails is simply looking for a reason to pass the blame onto someone or something else.

The truth of the matter is, in my opinion, that if a person is ready to really make weight loss happen, they will unlock the power that Sensa has to offer.  If a person is not ready to lose their weight they will start looking for an excuse to lay the blame.  A very easy method of passing the blame off on some non-personal and external reason for failing to lose weight is to simply make the claim that Sensa is a placebo.

My friend Bill had weight loss surgery and lost almost 150 pounds…before he gained back 125 of those pounds.  Does that mean that the surgery was nothing more than a placebo?  I do not think so and I feel the same way about Sensa being a placebo.  I have learned over the years that for a person to lose weight and then be able to keep it off they have to make the fundamental decision to not only make weight loss a reality, they are ready at a fundamental level of consciousness.  Once that decision has been reached, Sensa merely becomes the tool that is used to facilitate a decision that has already been made.  That does not make Sensa a placebo, it merely establishes the fact that Sensa works.

If you are really ready to lose weight,  I mean at a fundamental level of consciousness, then I suggest you try Sensa.  I suggest it simply because the risk is not great and the results you achieve could propel your life into a direction that you may have otherwise given up on ever achieving.  If you are ready to make weight loss a reality then I suggest you “risk” 5 bucks and take advantage of the FREE Sensa offer.  What have you really got to lose, other than 5 bucks and whole bunch of weight?  With the FREE offer you know there is not much money trading hands and that alone should allow you to focus on your weight loss.

Is Sensa a placebo?  I do not think so, but then I was ready to lose weight and that alone made the difference.  Some may say that is why it is just a sugar pill, but I will just agree to disagree.  The big difference is that I am thinner now than I was and those that whine about it being a placebo are still over weight.   It is sort of like the old question of what came first… the chicken or the egg?  Some may say I only lost weight because I thought it worked.  I say I lost weight because it did work.  Hmmmmm….

At this point I do not care what the reason is because I am thin and, well…that is all that really matters.  Placebo or not….I am much thinner and I think it is because of Sensa and not because it is a placebo or a sugar pill.  I am just happy to be thin!  To help make your weight loss journy easier I have provided you a link to try out Sensa for FREE.

Good Luck and God Bless You!
