Sensa For Men

Sensa for men..it is really an odd sort of statement, but yet there are many people that are using those exact words when thinking about the weight loss plan developed by Dr. Alan Hirsch.  When a male is looking to lose weight they have the same goals as their counterpart, but often the reason for those goals is very different.  Men are more often motivated to lose weight  because of health issues that have overtaken their life.

What is meant by this is that more often than not, a man looks into Sensa to aid in weight loss after they have had a health issue develop in their life.  Examples of this may be a heart disease or the fear or maybe the reality of being a type II diabetic or even prostate cancer.  The important thing that has landed you here is because you are interested in learning how Sensa weight loss can help bring you back from the danger of poor health from having a belly of flab hanging over your belt.  If you are a man and thinking of using Sensa to help achieve some level of weight loss, let me be the first to invite you to learn how Sensa can be a benefit, especially for men.

The way Sensa works is that it makes you more aware of the amount of food it takes to fill up your stomach.  The end result of Sensa, or any diet for that matter, is designed to help you eat less calories with the hopes that your body will burn more calories in the long run, which results in the prized weight loss.  The way Sensa works to help a man lose weight is that after sprinkling it onto your food the tastants help start the physical process of your brain telling your stomach that it is full.

The interesting thing about Sensa, and the tastants that are in Sensa, is that although the smell is basically odorless and tasteless it is powerful enough to activate the satiety center.  This portion of the brain to will sense that food is being eaten and the brain begins the process of generating the needed signals that inform the stomach that it has had enough and it is time to stop eating.

The major breakthrough of men using Sensa is that this is one plan that if used correctly allows a person to still eat the foods they love, but the big change is that you just want to eat less.  With the end result of eating less food, the coveted weight loss becomes that much more achievable.  Despite how good this weight loss may seem to men in particular, weight loss with Sensa may not be the best answer for each and every man reading this.

The reason why we caution men to pay attention to Sensa weight loss is because there are some things that men should know before they make the purchase.  One big thing about Sensa for men is that there has to be a deep and well formed desire to lose weight.  What we mean by this is that weight loss is not something that happens in a week or two.  Overall weight loss with Sensa is like losing weight with any other diet or meal plan.  It will need to take time and it will need to take some effort, willpower and restraint.  Do not think for a moment that sprinkling Sensa on your food and then ignoring the fact that you did not stop eating until long after you were full will do any good at all towards your goal to lose weight.  When you sprinkle Sensa on your food you will need to pay attention to what your stomach is telling your brain.  When you feel full you will need the inner ability to stop eating.

You stomach is about the size of your clenched fist and that is not that big.  The issue that men face is that they have no clue as to how much the stomach expands when they have overeaten.  When you use Sensa you will need to stop when you feel full otherwise it will all just be an exercise in weight loss futility.  For a man to lose weight with Sensa they have to listen to what their body is telling them.  They have to listen and act upon the fact that they have eaten enough.  Sensa will help trigger that feeling of fullness faster and paying attention to that signal is the key to weight loss.

Eating less means less calories and that means weight loss.  The big question that needs to be asked of all men using Sensa is whether or not they will have the inner ability to listen and stop eating before they have once again eaten too much.  If you do not think you can control when you stop eating then you will need much more than Sensa has to offer.  In short, if Sensa were to make you feel full faster and yet you did not have the ability to stop from eating more, then you have issues at work that are not only more powerful than Sensa, but much more of an issue than you thought.  This is not to say that training a person to stop eating when full can’t be a learned trait, because anyone can overcome overeating.

If you are a man and are thinking of using Sensa just be aware of the fact that for it to work you will still have to put the fork down sooner, which is what Sensa is designed to exactly be able to do.  The big hope with Sensa is that when you feel full sooner you will be able to put the fork down sooner.  Putting the utensils down sooner means less calories eaten.  Less calories eaten means that you have to potential to not just gain less weight but have the ability to start shedding that belly fat.  Sensa can work but it can only work for the men that are ready to make an honest and continuing effort to lose weight.

Can a man lose weight with Sensa?  Sure, why not?  If you use it as directed and pay attention to the signals it is helping to generate, a man runs a great chance of obtaining that health that they crave.  If a man were to use Sensa and pay attention to what they are doing during the act of eating they may see significantly lees amounts of weight in their future.  Sensa for men should really be Sensa for men that really hope to lose weight and are ready to work at making it a reality. Working at it is really just paying attention to the signals of fullness that are being generated by the tastants in Sensa.  If you can muster command of your body, Sensa should help you take back control of your life.

Negative Sensa Reviews

I have been looking into negative Sensa reviews and expected to see them all over the Internet.  I really thought that finding bad comments about Sensa would be easy to do, since I considered the product to be “out there” as far as being able to help someone with weight loss.  I went through YouTube first looking for anything negative about Sensa and was shocked to see there were so many reviews, but I did not find anything negative that was said.  I really did expect to be overwhelmed with a mountain of negative comments.  Do not get me wrong, I did find some things that were less than stellar, but overall I did not find many bad things about the overall effectiveness of the stuff.

The things that I did see were some people complained about getting a headache from using Sensa.  Many of the reviews I read said that those headaches went away after a day or so and some of those people were not even really sure if the headache was caused from using it.  Other negative comments I read were as simple as forgetting to sprinkle the stuff on the food before they ate their meal, which did little for the effectiveness using Sensa.

Other things people feared about using Sensa were the ingredients, which surprised me because there is nothing that I could find in it that was even remotely unsafe.  I did research on the web and quickly found that Sensa has a rating from the FDA, which is G.R.A.S, which means it only has ingredients in it that are safe.  In short, that means all of the ingredients found in Sensa are in countless other foods available on shelves throughout the world.  At the same time I discovered it was safe to use Sensa, I started to wonder how it worked if the stuff had only basic ingredients?

It was as if the entire search for negative Sensa comments led me full circle right back to the question of whether or not Sensa even works.  I scoured all over the place and even though I did find people saying bad things about the effectiveness of Sensa I soon realized there was a trend.  I soon realized that the negative Sensa comments almost always talked about how bad the stuff was to use, and by the end of the article there was another weight loss product they thought was better.  I realized that the old bait and switch sales tactic was being used to simply get me to spend my money on another product they conveniently happened to seel on their website.   I realized this about the fifth time I saw it and saw that the “safe” alternative to Sensa was to have a gastric bypass operation!  Once I saw that, I realized something was wrong with them saying anything bad about Sensa because they all had a hidden agenda.

It did not take me long to realize that the only way for me to decide if Sensa would work, was to see if it would work for me.  I knew that everyone has an opinion and I knew everyone had an agenda.  I think the reason I tried Sensa was because they were running a free trial offer at the time.  I was n0t willing to risk much more money than free, because I am such a pessimist at heart.  Heck, I thought I would at least give it a try before I had a gastric bypass operation! ( Just kidding, I never really wanted one, although I qualified.)

Negative Sensa review?  You won’t find one here because I was able to lose weight using the stuff and it was quite easy and painless.  I had no headaches and I did not throw up and I even lost enough weight to say something other than bad things.  Am I sorry I started using Sensa?  No, not really because it works  for me and there is nothing wrong with that.  It was also alot easier than having weight loss surgery!

How Does Sensa Work? A Fox News Report

This is a pretty decent video done by Fox News that discusses The Sensa Weight Loss System.  What we liked about this video was how it was unbiased towards it’s opinion towards the new sprinkle diet developed by Dr. Alan Hirsch.  We were very pleased to hear that they do not consider it to be some miracle weight loss pill in a box.  This video review of Sensa is worth watching, especially if you consider yourself a member of the clean plate club.

We really liked their open discussion about how Sensa is designed to help a person feel full faster, and for it to work a person will need to be committed to weight loss.  We were really impressed when we heard one lady say that weight loss was complicated and not that simple, when referring to using Sensa.  She really nailed it when she said that being able to lose weight is more than just stopping eating when a person is full is not that simple.  We agree with this because people often do not have the internal ability to stop eating merely because they are no longer hungry.  This is one aspect of obesity that no other diet or meal plan has been able to overcome.

All too often with diets and such, people feel deprived when they are told they can no longer eat bread or some other favorite item.  Any diet plan we ever heard of always had restrictions and those restrictions often led up to people failing their own weight loss plan.  Atkins is a great example of this because the diet works really well, until you eat like a normal person.  Once you start deviating from that plan, you are done and all the weight comes back again.  This is one issue that does not happen with Sensa, but even with Sensa there will be a need to commit to the desire to lose weight.

The video below sort of “dances” around the concept of people still eating after the are full and that is an argument some say is a reason that Sensa will not work.  To that statement we agree but it also must be remembered that if a person does not commit to ANY weight loss plan, ”any plan” will not work.  Sensa is no exception to this statement and that is why we know that even with Sensa a person will need to make a commitment to change when starting the program.

Can Sensa work?  Sure it can, but it will only work if the user makes a decision to pay more attention to what they are eating and how much they are eating.  Watch the video and see what we mean…
