This is a pretty decent video done by Fox News that discusses The Sensa Weight Loss System.  What we liked about this video was how it was unbiased towards it’s opinion towards the new sprinkle diet developed by Dr. Alan Hirsch.  We were very pleased to hear that they do not consider it to be some miracle weight loss pill in a box.  This video review of Sensa is worth watching, especially if you consider yourself a member of the clean plate club.

We really liked their open discussion about how Sensa is designed to help a person feel full faster, and for it to work a person will need to be committed to weight loss.  We were really impressed when we heard one lady say that weight loss was complicated and not that simple, when referring to using Sensa.  She really nailed it when she said that being able to lose weight is more than just stopping eating when a person is full is not that simple.  We agree with this because people often do not have the internal ability to stop eating merely because they are no longer hungry.  This is one aspect of obesity that no other diet or meal plan has been able to overcome.

All too often with diets and such, people feel deprived when they are told they can no longer eat bread or some other favorite item.  Any diet plan we ever heard of always had restrictions and those restrictions often led up to people failing their own weight loss plan.  Atkins is a great example of this because the diet works really well, until you eat like a normal person.  Once you start deviating from that plan, you are done and all the weight comes back again.  This is one issue that does not happen with Sensa, but even with Sensa there will be a need to commit to the desire to lose weight.

The video below sort of “dances” around the concept of people still eating after the are full and that is an argument some say is a reason that Sensa will not work.  To that statement we agree but it also must be remembered that if a person does not commit to ANY weight loss plan, ”any plan” will not work.  Sensa is no exception to this statement and that is why we know that even with Sensa a person will need to make a commitment to change when starting the program.

When looking for opinions of Sensa a person really needs to be careful of not only what they are reading, but also what was the intention of why the person has reached the conclusions about Sensa that they have written.  What we have learned is that most people write about an opinion of Sensa already have a hidden agenda as to why they have written the viewpoint they have written.  What we mean by this is that there is often a hidden agenda behind the post that has been written.  That hidden agenda is often to say something in a negative way about Sensa only to offer their “opininion” to sell you something else.  This is called the old “bait and switch” sales tactic that we have already discussed in detail.

What we want to get across to you in this short post, that talks about opinions of Sensa, is that you really need to decide for yourself what your opinion of Sensa really will be.  The reason why we say this is because for a person to lose weight there needs to be a sense of commitment to make it work.  As with any effective weight loss program a person has to want to lose the weight, or it will not work.  We state this viewpoint from our own personal history of trying to lose weight as we tried many different things before Sensa. 

Since there is no weight loss plan in existence that promises to lose all the weight overnight, there will need to be a sense of commitment for the long-haul, to achieve sustainable weight loss.  There are some very legitimate weight loss programs available that promise weight loss, such as Medifast, but there still needs to be the level of commitment commensurate with the program.  Medifast is an excellent way to lose weight, but the level of commitment is much higher than that of Sensa.  We hold our opinion of Sensa in high esteem for those that have tried to lose weight, but have not been able to stick with a regimented weight loss program, like mentioned above.  It is our opinion that Sensa is a viable weight loss program that is the least difficult to maintain continuous weight loss.  It is safe, effective and not at all that difficult to follow through to completion.

The official opinion we maintain of Sensa is that it is a feasible and effective program for those people that have tried other programs, and has not been able to stick with those programs.  Sensa is a practical program that offers fairly steady weight loss as long as a person can remember to sprinkle while also paying attention to the food that is eaten.  We will take it one step further in our Sensa opinion by stating that it is even more effective when a person does not eat while being distracted by a television, computer or the reading of a newspaper.  By keeping your thoughts focused on the act of eating, while eating,  a person is going to be more aware of the fullness signals the body generates.  Those signals can only be received faster if the person eating is paying attention to eating and is not distracted.

We do not want to voice our opinion of Sensa as being the ONLY weight loss program available that works.  We just feel as if Sensa is one of the easier programs to be able to stick with and lose weight for the long term.  While all effective weight loss programs have product specific issues, our opinion is that the problems people have with Sensa are far less in the scope than other weight loss plans. The opinion we have of using Sensa is similar of other effective weight loss plans in that there has to be a level of dedication for it to be a success.  We feel by the realization of understanding that for any weight loss program to work there has to be commitment.  The level of commitment with Sensa is easier than most plans because the only thing needed to lose weight is to remember to sprinkle the Sensa and then pay attention to how your body reacts.
