Reducing Cellulite

Reducing cellulite is a much deeper issue than just losing weight.  At first glance a person may be led to believe that a diet would be the best way to reduce cellulite, but that is not really the total truth of the matter.  If you are concerned with cellulite then there is also the fact that you are either dealing with being over weight or you have lost weight and are now looking in the mirror hoping that what you see will just go away.  If you are like me and lost about 30 pounds you start to notice what look like cottage cheese on your butt or your thighs.  If you are like me you are tired of trying so hard and starting to look so much worse.  If you are like me you are looking for a way to start reducing your cellulite without getting scammed or ripped off.

What you need to know about your cellulite is that the cottage cheese look is not something that will go away all by itself and there is not a cream that will rub it away either.  If you are looking to rid yourself of the ripple effect of cellulite then you need to discover the way that it is done.  I equate the method to like trying to get rid of belly fat by doing sit ups.  There are so many people in the world that have these flabby stomachs and they really and truly believe that they can get rid of the belly fat by just exercising the tummy muscles.  What I have learned is that there is no such thing as spot reduction and if you want to lose weight you need to lose it all over at once because any other way is just a scam.   What I have also learned is that there is no way to just rub on some cream to get rid of cellulite.  If you want to reduce the look of your cellulite, then you need to do more than just rub on some cellulite creams.  Although there is evidence that clearly demonstrates that cellulite creams Reducing Cellulitedo hide the problem cosmetically, it is doubtful the creams do more than just hide the problem.  If you are looking to just cover up the issue, creams may be for you.  If you are looking for a “cure”, then keep reading below.

Other things I have learned is that if you want to start reducing cellulite on your thighs or your buttocks is that it will not go away with brushes, pills, bath additives or even supplements.  I have learned that there is nothing that needs to be removed from your body like toxins or poisons or even stored water. I was researching how I could best go about reducing cellulite and I stumbled across a website with the cross section of skin, pictured below.Click here for full explanation  The website that I got the diagram from explained that the best way to reduce cellulite was with the program they were selling.  I read all of the stuff on the website and I thought what the heck, it was not expensive, so I would give it a try.  I saw that it had a 60 day money back offer and it was through ClickBank, and I also knew that since it was with them, the offer was valid.  I received the product and I thought that it might work as described, once I looked it over.

I cannot explain how or why the program works, but I do believe that it has worked for me. I will not even try to restate what is available for you to read right now on the cellulite website.  I could try to rewrite all that it says but what is the point?  If you want to see some information for yourself, check out the website that the diagram is linked to.

I no longer have the dramatic cottage cheese thighs and I think that I will be able to keep them away for the rest of my life.  Because of the e-download I am no longer afraid to look at myself in the mirror.  No longer do i hate what I see and no longer will I be afraid that if I lose weight I will look even more ugly.  I do not know if all of that makes sense, but I do know that for the first time in a long time I am happy with myself.  That in itself is a major achievement and if you are looking for a way to get rid of the cellulite look, then give the book a shot.  You may be pleasantly surprised with the results.

Normal Skin Type

Do you have normal skin type?  There are certain characteristics of the different skin types and most people fall within the four main categories.  To determine what type of skin you have you need to look at the characteristics that your skin possesses.

[ad]

People with medium to fair complexion usually fall into the normal skin category.  Another indicator would be when spending time in the sun you are more likely to get a sunburn,  but provided you aren’t exposed to the sun for extended periods of time you would develop a nice tan.  Your skin around the forehead, down the nose, and across the chin tend to have larger pores, and these areas can be more susceptible to acne, and skin irritations.  These reactions are less in normal skin types than in the others.  The skin on your cheeks can also have a tendency to feel dry, but it certainly isn’t a problem in most cases, and the use of a good moisturizer will help eliminate this.  People with normal skin type seem to have a good supply of natural water content in their outer skin that helps it to remain smooth, and supple most of the time.  Those fortunate people who have normal skin will also feel a slight tightening of the skin across their cheeks while cleansing the skin.

People with normal skin type usually age with fine lines appearing around the upper lip, forehead, and around their eyes.  Even though normal skin is generally the easiest skin to take care of, there are outside factors that can cause problems such as the weather, your working environment, the sun Normal Skin Type, eating habits, stress, and many other reactions that would affect the other skin types.

Having normal skin type is wonderful, but always remember to treat your skin with care by using the proper cleansers, moisturizers, and toners to ensure that it stays in great condition as you age.

Moisturizing Your Skin

There are several moisturizers on the market, and they are all formulated to moisturize different areas of the skin.   They serve two main purposes in moisturizing your skin:

  1. to soften the skin
  2. help keep moisture under the outer layer of skin

Moisturizers make dry skin look hydrated and fresh, and in doing so it makes your skin feel better, even though it may only be a temporary fix.

There are three main areas moisturizers for the facial skin are used for:

  1. face
  2. area around the eyes
  3. skin on the neck

The skin around the eyes is the most delicate.  The moisturizer for the eyes is lighter in texture than those for the face. Most people will use an eye moisturizer for their eyes rather than the one they use on their face. If you are using one moisturizer for your whole face, you will need to be careful to choose one with ingredients that will not irritate your eyes.  Remember you will be leaving your moisturizer on your face the entire day so you really need to take the time to try various products until you find one most suitable for your needs.

There is an enormous array of products on the market, and moisturizers come in all types and formulations.  They can range in prices that can vary, but it is essential that you buy quality products when selecting a moisturizer.

While many people don’t bother using a separate moisturizer for the neck skin, there are formulations that are specifically suitable for the neck.  In the neck area there are fewer oil glands, and the skin can become somewhat drier than your facial skin.

Moisturizing your skin is very important in keeping your skin hydrated and healthy.  Remember to make this part of your daily routine.

Caring for Your Skin

There are three top areas that are most important when caring for your skin on your face.

  1. Cleansing
  2. Moisturizing
  3. Protection

It all starts with cleanliness because the other two areas will not work as well if your skin is not properly cleaned.  With all the different cleansers on the market today there is enough information to fill a book, but it is worthwhile in saying that you do not have to spend a lot of money on a quality cleanser.

Make-up will need to be dissolved with oil-based creams before the face can be properly cleaned, and then your preferred cleanser will remove any residue that could clog up the pores. It is very important to remove all traces of make-up before going to bed at night.  Sleeping with make-up can cause all sorts of skin problems as it clogs the pores during the night.

A good moisturizer helps soften your skin, and replaces the natural oils that are removed when cleansing. This barrier that is created by the moisturizer will help to lock in the moisture that is in your skin.

The last area in caring for your skin is to protect.  There is nothing more that will age your skin more than leaving it unprotected against the elements.  Sunlight is good for the skin, but too much of it can cause serious damage, so you should always wear sunscreen when going outdoors.  Many of the moisturizers that are worn during the day have SPF sun protection in them.  These are the products you should consider when going in and out of the sun during the day for protection.  Even driving in the car can cause sun damage, so these moisturizers are particular good to use.

Protect your lips with balms to stop them from drying out and becoming chapped.  Wear sunglasses and eye creams to protect the delicate skin around your eyes.

Taking care of your skin should be a high priority in your life.  Your skin is precious so treat it like so.
