Sensa Weight Loss, Dr. Alan Hirsch and Extra TV
This short video taken from Extra TV you will be able to get a basic understanding of how Sensa Weight Loss Sprinkles is able to help people. There is a decent exchange of words exchanged directly from the Sensa creator Dr. Alan Hirsch. As you may already know, Dr. Hirsch is world known for his training in the sense of smell. Chances are that you have at one time or another had a product that he had a hand in developing the smell of the product.
One interesting part is that he discussed how he discovered the fact that if a person had a tramatic injurty and lost their sense of smell, they almost always gained weight. This is how he first had the idea for the product that is now called Sensa.

Are you kidding me? Look at how much Americans spend on fast food. How much we have gained over the last even 10 years. How our children have gotten more obese. Think about the science behind this. Too simple to be true? Too easy that its unbelievable? I have tried this and it does work. It may seem simplistic but if you are not smelling your food you are not getting satisfied when you eat.
