Are you kidding me? Look at how much Americans spend on fast food. How much we have gained over the last even 10 years. How our children have gotten more obese. Think about the science behind this. Too simple to be true? Too easy that its unbelievable? I have tried this and it does work. It may seem simplistic but if you are not smelling your food you are not getting satisfied when you eat. The point in eating is for fuel but as well you need to enjoy it. Please hold your comments until you use
The only way to really know if it works is by using the product yourself . You can criticize it all you want but the only real life action get’s results/ results do not mean yes or no
it means weren’t there . the product worked for you or not.
