Since I am doing Medifast…yet again I decided to take advantage of making this quick video about what comes when you place an order. The first thing I want you to not worry about is what the box looks like. You do not have to worry about the whole world seeing that you are trying out Medifast, because the only way they will know you are using Medifast, is if you tell them.
Although this is my second time around using Medifast, I do not hold anything against the diet for not working. Although I once again have about 70 pounds to lose, I realize it is my fault that I gained all my weight back. I over-ate and I drank too much beer and I really ignored everything I know about how to be healthy. Actually…going back onto Medifast is really a relief because it is so easy to use. I really enjoy not having to run out and by a fast-food meal everyday. I am thrilled about a few things, like acid reflux
Because I ordered Medifast I know that in the next day or so I will stop having acid reflux. I know that because the food plan is so healthy, I will be back into my nice clothing once again, really soon. Medifast works and the difference this time is that I will work harder, and smarter about keeping the weight off this time.
